TriCore Builders completed the renovations and additions to the relocated Lensrentals Corporate Headquarters Facility in Memphis TN. Lensrentals is the nation’s largest online company dedicated to renting photography and Digital Video related equipment. The project consisted of major site improvements, renovations to the existing 65,000 s/f facility and a complex mezzanine addition of 20,600 s/f.
The facility will be used as an appliance distribution facility. This facility will provide appliances to HD stores throughout the Mid-South area. Also, old appliances will be demolished and recycled in this facility.
It’s 1.1 Million SF facility for Hamilton Beach in Byhalia MS.
This Project for the Fresenius Medical Care Group was built for laboratory testing for Diabetes Patients in the region. This high profile project which included a groundbreaking ceremony by the Governor of Mississippi was completed on time and under budget. The project included a 90,000 SF Medical Grade Laboratory and 121,000 SF office. Offices included high grade finishes.
TriCore recently completed this Tenant Improvement for NAPA Auto Parts in Lebanon, TN. The project consisted of fitting out the 323,960 SF shell building with (66 ea.) dock positions, appx. 6,000 SF of retail space, 24,000 SF of office space, and a 12,500 SF hazardous material containment room. The project was completed on time and under budget.

Hotworx was a small retail project whose needs fit perfectly for TriCore’s services.
TriCore finished the work on a 616,002 SF distribution facility for Amazon in Memphis, TN. This facility is a greenfield project, completed on time August 2018. Amazon will receive bulk product at this location and sort and send to their distribution facilities. The building includes Ductilcrete slab, 36’ clear height, TPO roof, and poured in place tilt panels. Amazon has also added 41,000 SF of office, 127 dock positions, (2 ea.) 4,000 amp of electrical services, LED lights, HVLS fans, climate controlled warehouse, fenced truck court with two guard shacks, fenced employee parking lot with guard shack, sound wall on North side of facility, and interior conveyors.
Golden Bolt, LLC
160,000 SF warehouse built in the 1960s. Abandoned for appx. 10 years. TriCore stripped all of the existing, outdated electrical and cleaned up the interior and exterior of the building. Installed a new electrical service/lighting, installed air conditioning in the warehouse, and made fire sprinkler repairs. Upgraded dock equipment, painted the building, and replaced asphalt. Installed appx. 4,500 SF of office space and brought the building up to code.
Tenant interior improvement project. New office area including break room, exercise room and restrooms. The project also included adding a new electrical service.
Nissan North America
TriCore is currently working on a 870,000 SF parts distribution facility for Nissan North America in Lebanon, TN. This facility is a greenfield project, completed on time December 2016. Nissan will have two different parts divisions working within the facility. The building includes Ductilcrete slab, 36’ clear height, TPO roof, and poured in place tilt panels. Nissan has also added 30,000 SF of office, 66 dock positions, 6,000 amps of electrical service, and interior mezzanines.
Project included a 246,240 SF addition to the existing facility in Olive Branch, MS. consisting of a new state of the art 6” thick Ductilcrete floor slab, 44 fully equipped dock doors, 5,000 SF of new employee breakroom, locker room and bathrooms. The warehouse is fully air conditioned and is connected to the existing facility with 4- 14’x16’ new openings in the concrete panel end wall.
Tricore completed this 350,000 SF tenant expansion in Olive Branch, MS. The project included 5,000 Sf of office expansion, add T-5 fluorescent lights, and created a new entrance area with additional storefront and ramps.
