As Senior Project Manager, Mr. Rodemeyer is responsible for managing a project’s programming, design development, construction and closeout phases. He also supervises the preparation of monthly billings; the analysis of and processing of vendor and subcontractor requests for payment and change orders; the development of and the updating of the master project construction schedule; the preparation of the monthly budget analysis; and the adherence to the company’s safety and accident prevention program. He is responsible for a safe working environment and is a member of the Project Management Team. Mr. Rodemeyer has over 30 years of construction experience.
